We are excited to announce Conceptual Photo Sessions with Miller Photography !
When asked why our seniors come to us for their Senior Pictures the #1 answer is
“I want my senior pictures to be different from everybody else”.
Senior Photograph with Parachute Dress, Conceptual Portraits,
In typical Miller fashion we took that to heart and ran wild with it. You ask, we deliver.
Shelly had been seeing some parachute dress shots that she liked so we wanted to take it a step further and have some real fun with it. I had been seeing some cool fantasy woodland shots that I liked so we merged the two.
MaKayla Stubblefield has been such a fantastic blessing as one of our 2016 WCHS senior models so we gave her first crack as model. Parachute dress, deer antler head dress, Natural bridge, moody light. “YES” was the immediate response! She enlisted her friend Alli Mingle (2017 Miller Photography model) to assist for the day.
Hair and makeup was done by Wendy Beaty of Red Berry Salon and then we were off to shoot.
Everybody pitched in lugging the gear into the cool stone arch for the shoot and we really blew the minds of the hikers who came through. The shoot went great ! Alli was in charge of special effects pumping baby powder through a leaf blower to diffuse the light. By her laughter and the state of her clothes I think she got more on herself than anywhere else. Shelly helped with lighting/styling the dress, and art directing the shoot.
We had a fantastic time and will be submitting images from the shoot to some image competitions later this year.
