Yes , graduation day is upon us. Most have endured the drama of high school and made it to the other side. All the games are finished, prom is over, the scholarships handed out and now the focus is on those last weeks of mandatory clock watching while waiting to hear that time has been served and you are released to begin your journey into empty nest…… Yes, I’m talking to the parents. You are about to graduate a child out of the house and into the adult world and about now all your emotions are going crazy. This senior may be your first, your middle or your last in high school, but whatever category you fall into, you are bound to feel the churn of emotions. We here at Miller Photography have been delighted being a part of your child’s senior year. We have gotten amazing images of your senior. We appreciate you entrusting us to create these keepsakes for you. This month of May with the help of the parents, we want to celebrate these seniors with some words from you and memories that no doubt will flood your mind when the name of your child is read on graduation night. Enjoy that night and be proud of the child you have raised and prepared for their adventure.

I can’t believe how quickly the time has flown by! It seems like just yesterday that I was holding you in my arms as a newborn baby. I have so many sweet memories of you running around the yard playing ball every chance you got, pretending to run around the bases and sliding into the tree in our backyard. And now you have grown up before my eyes into a handsome young man, still playing ball but on a high school field at Riverdale. You have always worked hard and given your best in whatever you have set out to accomplish and that will serve you well in the years to come.
I am so very proud of your character, your integrity, and your love for the Lord. As you enter this next phase in your life, I am so excited to cheer you on as you work hard towards your goals of becoming a pediatrician. You have a tender, compassionate heart that God will use to bless others. He has good plans for you, Matt, and your Dad and I will continue to pray that God will lead you down the path He has for you in your future. We love you very much and are so excited for you and proud of your accomplishments!
