Plan Your Sports Photo Day with Miller Photography

Step 1: Planning

After scheduling your photo day with us, be sure to remind players and their parents about the upcoming photo day. Send us the roster of everyone(including managers and coaches!) we will be photographing two weeks before your photo session. Be sure to double check your roster, including name spelling. We must receive your roster two weeks before photo day or we cannot photograph.
Step 2: Picture Day

When picture day arrives, our team will arrive 60 minutes to set up and prepare. Players should be in full uniform (including helmets, balls, etc.) before the session starts. The team image is composited so players don’t have to wait around for a full team shot. Our photos are taken on a green screen to allow for photos rain or shine, and to choose the background you want. We can also digitally remove players if needed.
Step 3: Get Your Photos

Once photos are ready, parents will receive an email or text with a link and passcode to browse and purchase photos. Parents can also access the Find Your School page on our website to login and see their photos. With no proofs to hand out or order forms to keep up with, the process of ordering is easy! Your team image can be sent directly to your school’s yearbook team, saving you time and hassle.
